Flatmatch.com is a property letting site that has been designed mainly with students and young professionals in mind. We are the only company working directly with the University and College Admissions Service (UCAS) and the National Union of Students (NUS).  We take no upfront fees for registration or listing, but work purely upon success.

We would like to invite you to register with us for free. You can upload as many properties as you like, very simply, at no cost at.

Your Property Options

We have two letting options for you to choose from.

  1. The entire property can be rented for single occupancy by young professionals, families etc. or,
  2. Our system can automatically split any property into an HMO for students, graduates or young professionals who can’t yet afford to rent a property on their own. We then present you with a group of likeminded flat share tenants so you will only need to conduct one viewing for properties of multiple occupancy.

 

Services for your Tenants

On the tenant side, we have incorporated a range of great applications and searching criteria to enable tenants to find the most compatible properties and, in the case of HMOs, other likeminded people to live with.

  • We compare over 100 different personal and property criteria to help find a perfect match. 
  • With our innovative Flat Share Groups, prospective tenants can create groups for properties they are interested in, and other likeminded individuals can request to join.
  • For students and graduates we offer great discounts, rewards and competitions for those who successfully complete their tenancy through us. They are available via the NUS Extra + Graduate Extra Cards, as well as the UCAS Student Card.

 

How to Register

If you use an upload service provider we can create an account for you and upload your properties directly. We will then send you your login details so you can contact tenants directly. All you have to do is agree to our T&Cs and we will arrange the rest.

In the case that you do not use an upload service provider, you can either contact us and we will create your account for you or you can create your own account from our home page, using promo code AMEA111S, which will bypass any listing fees.

Our Fees

We don’t take any listing or registration fee from you. We get paid only upon successful rentals that have been achieved through our site. Our standard success fee is 25% of the first month’s rent or your achieved fee, if less.
